I did NOT want to do this!

An introduction to my website and what to expect out of my blogs.

Before you crucify my statement and accuse me of complaining, I charge you to remember each and every prolific Prophet, Priest, Apostle, Disciple and Woman-on-a-mission the Bible teaches us about; that was just as hesitant-albeit unwilling to face a God appointed task at hand. Each and everyone one of them asked a like minded question "God, are you sure YOU want ME to do THIS?! (paraphrasing of course)" In today's translation it would be, "get somebody else to do it!" Don't pour the label of disobedient at my feet. If I am honest, it comes from the apprehension of not being relatable or no one even seeing these entries. Then I have to remember how Jesus taught about the shepherd leaving the 99 for the 1 and the parable of the lost coin. Even if it is one, heaven will rejoice!

These entries will highlight transitions that I have had to pray for strength to walk into, sit in and most importanly operate in. These transisitions are new to me, my emotions and of course my spirit man. There are things that I have had to learn first hand because of something that I asked God for. I opened my mouth without COMPLETE understanding and maturity, and asked God to shape our marriage into a biblical one. Mold me into the woman, wife and servant that He designed me to be when I was just a thought created in his mind and then formed in the womb of my mother.

Side note: I think alot of times we just say things because we heard them in such a repititious manner, that we do not even consider the cost or the process of such requests. ...side note closed. I didn't ask to be equipped with comfort, understanding, wisdom or endurance for such a task. I absolutely paid for it with temper tantrums and egotistical desires. It didn't take long to straighten up and fly right! If Holy Spirit speaks to you how He speaks to me, you get in line right quick!

There you have it. A commencing entry that tells you that these blogs are transparent, honest and signed off on by the pen of the Almighty Adonai. May God bless and keep you until we meet again!
